Content Marketing Producer, Campaigns & Creative Operations
Worldwide
The Role You know the difference between a good idea and a campaign that actually ships. The strategy may be strong. The story may be written. But someone still needs to turn it into the email, the social post, the campaign update, the video clip, the graphic variation, and every other asset required to get it in front of the right audience. That is where you come in. The Crowd is looking for a Content & Campaign Producer to own the production workflow across a portfolio of clients in consumer products, technology, sustainability, energy, hospitality and finance. You will take core ideas and approved content and turn them into complete, channel-ready campaigns. You will adapt content, build emails, coordinate creative, manage deadlines, catch errors, and make sure every asset reaches the right place in the right format. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes making things happen. You should be comfortable moving between creative judgment, marketing technology, and detailed production work throughout the day. You do not need to be a senior designer or video editor. You do need to have excellent taste, strong judgment, and the resourcefulness to use modern creative and AI tools to get high-quality work out the door. What You Will Do: Turn One Idea Into a Full Campaign --Adapt core content for email, social media, newsletters, websites, campaign updates, and other channels --Turn long-form content into posts, email sections, graphics, short videos, and other useful formats --Adjust copy for different audiences, campaign stages, platforms, and lengths --Keep every version consistent with the client’s voice, strategy, and call to action --Identify opportunities to get more value from strong content instead of treating every channel as a separate assignment --Build and Send Emails --Program and schedule emails in Brevo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar platforms --Format copy, select and place creative, build links, and review the full email before it goes out --Test mobile and desktop layouts --Manage lists, segmentation, campaign settings, and scheduling --Catch broken links, incorrect names, formatting problems, and last-minute mistakes before an audience sees them --Track what has been sent, what is scheduled, and what still needs approval Own the Production Workflow --Review campaign calendars and determine every asset required to execute them --Turn strategy into clear production lists, deadlines, assignments, and handoffs --Coordinate with writers, designers, video editors, strategists, and client teams --Make sure every asset is delivered in the right dimensions, format, and version --Keep files, drafts, approvals, and final assets organized --Spot missing pieces and potential delays early --Keep projects moving without needing someone else to chase every detail Get Content Out Into the World --Publish and schedule approved content across email, social, campaign platforms, websites, and partner channels --Match the correct creative, copy, link, audience, and timing --Confirm that content appears correctly after it is published --Maintain accurate content calendars and production trackers --Make sure a finished asset does not sit unused because no one owned the final step --Create and Edit When Needed --Make clean, simple edits to graphics, presentations, social assets, and videos --Resize and reformat creative for different channels --Create variations using established templates and brand systems --Clip videos, add captions, adjust layouts, and prepare assets for publishing --Use tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, Descript, and emerging AI creative platforms You will have access to specialists for more advanced creative work. Your job is to know what you can execute well, what can be accelerated with the right tools, and what should be handed to an expert. You May Be a Fit If You --Have 3 to 5 years of experience in content marketing, campaign production, marketing operations, digital marketing, or a related role --Have managed content across multiple clients, brands, campaigns, or business units --Have personally built, tested, and sent marketing emails --Can look at one piece of content and quickly see how it should change for LinkedIn, email, Instagram, a campaign page, or a short video --Are a strong editor who can improve copy without flattening the writer’s voice --Notice the wrong logo, outdated link, inconsistent capitalization, or mismatched call to action --Are comfortable using project-management systems and keeping other people on schedule --Can manage several active workstreams without becoming scattered --Learn new platforms and tools quickly --Use AI as a practical production tool while applying your own judgment to the final work --Take ownership and communicate early when something is unclear, missing, or at risk Helpful Experience --Agency, consultancy, studio, or other multi-client experience --Equity crowdfunding, startups, private markets, financial services, sustainability, energy, or hospitality --Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut, Descript, or similar creative tools --Social scheduling and publishing platforms --Compliance-sensitive or regulated marketing --Working directly with founders and executive teams --Creating content from interviews, webinars, podcasts, or longer videos What Great Work Looks Like --Campaigns launch on time and with every required asset --A strong idea becomes several strong pieces of content without feeling repetitive --Emails are accurate, polished, properly tested, and sent to the correct audience --Clients see consistent work across every channel --Writers, designers, and strategists know what they need to produce and when --Files and approvals are easy to find --Small errors are caught before they become public problems --The team can trust that once something enters production, it will make it all the way through publication The Kind of Person Who Will Thrive Here You are organized, but you are not rigid. Creative, but not precious. Detail-oriented, but still able to move quickly. You enjoy the moment when a messy campaign becomes a clear plan. You like solving small problems before they become big ones. You are willing to jump into an email platform, clean up a graphic, rewrite a caption, track down a missing link, or figure out a better way to organize the entire process. You care about the quality of the idea, and you care just as much about whether the final version is accurate, complete, and live. Most importantly, you are someone who finishes things.
