Content Outline Writer Needed – High-Retention Video & Script Outlines ($300/Month)

We are looking for a strategic and highly organized Outline Writer to join our content creation team. Your primary responsibility will be to take raw research, ideas, or topics and transform them into detailed, highly structured, and engaging outlines that our scriptwriters can easily flesh out. A great outline is the foundation of a successful, high-retention video. If you know how to structure an engaging hook, build tension, pace a narrative, and organize information logically, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Outline Creation: Develop comprehensive, well-structured outlines based on provided research briefs or topics. Pacing & Hook Design: Structure outlines to maximize audience retention, ensuring strong hooks, clear transitions, and engaging mid-video peaks. Logical Flow: Break down complex topics into clear, easy-to-follow chronological or thematic sections. Collaboration: Work efficiently to deliver clean outlines that give scriptwriters a flawless roadmap to follow. Requirements Proven experience in content planning, storyboarding, scriptwriting, or outline creation (experience with YouTube or narrative video content is heavily preferred). Strong understanding of video pacing, viewer psychology, and hook optimization. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to synthesize large amounts of information quickly. Ability to meet consistent deadlines. Volume & Compensation Budget: $300 USD per month (Fixed monthly retainer). Volume: 25–30 outlines per month
