Content Pipeline / Video Editor / Content Software

I’m looking for someone to work with long term on building a scalable content creation pipeline around my music and AR project. The goal is to produce one high production video each week. From that, we’ll create multiple pieces of content including music videos, short form edits, image posts, and text based content. The aim is to maximise the amount of content we can generate from a single filming session. I’m not just looking for a video editor. I’m looking for someone who enjoys building creative workflows, improving systems, and finding ways to automate repetitive tasks. What we’ll be working on * Editing high quality videos for social media. * Recutting footage into multiple content formats. * Building reusable editing templates. * Organising assets into a clean folder structure for efficient reuse. * Developing automation tools and workflows where possible. * Collaborating on software and AI tools that speed up the production process. * Helping build a repeatable content pipeline that becomes more efficient over time. Tools Experience with some of these is a bonus: * DaVinci Resolve * Blender * Python or scripting * AI tools * Workflow automation * Asset management You don’t need to be an expert in everything. I’m more interested in someone who enjoys learning and solving creative workflow problems. A good understanding of music production or the music industry would also be helpful, as it makes communicating creative ideas much easier. How we’ll work This will be milestone based rather than hourly. I have an initial budget of around $500 USD per month for the right person, with the expectation that we’ll work together over time to build the pipeline and improve it as the project grows. I’m looking for someone who wants to collaborate rather than simply complete editing tasks.
