Content Production Assistant / Camera Coach (Gloucestershire, UK)

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Content Production Assistant to support a youth-focused content and podcast project featuring four young presenters. This role is ideal for someone with experience in videography, content creation, podcast production, media studies, or youth media programs. All equipment will be provided. We are looking for someone who can help set up, optimize, and manage the recording environment while guiding the children through each session. Responsibilities * Set up and fine-tune cameras, microphones, and lighting equipment * Ensure audio and video quality before and during recording * Monitor framing, camera angles, and overall production quality * Help coordinate filming sessions * Guide the presenters through recordings and retakes when necessary * Create a calm, professional, and encouraging environment for the children * Assist with basic production planning during shoots * Ensure all footage and audio are properly captured Ideal Candidate * Experience with video production, podcasting, YouTube content, or media projects * Familiarity with cameras, microphones, lighting, and recording workflows * Confident working with children and teenagers * Strong communication and organizational skills * Reliable, patient, and professional * Passion for storytelling, youth development, or content creation is a plus Project Details * Location: Gloucestershire, UK * Schedule: Saturdays or Sundays * Frequency: Ongoing * Session Length: Approximately 2–4 hours * Equipment: Provided by us * Rate: £8–£10 per hour (depending on experience) To Apply Please provide: * A short introduction * Relevant experience * Examples of any content, podcast, video, or production work * Your hourly rate * Weekend availability We are looking for someone who can grow with the project and help create a fun, professional, and engaging environment for our young presenters.
