This is not a generic social media assistant role. I’m looking for an AI native content production specialist to help create content for a premium dating, matchmaking, and singles events brand in Dubai. We already have a complete content system: brand guidelines, tone of voice, prompt libraries, content frameworks, examples, and AI workflows. Your job is not to invent a new brand style. Your job is to help execute the system, improve it, and turn raw ideas into sharp, premium, high performing content. I need someone who can think, follow a brand system, understand meaning, and use AI tools intelligently. - What you’ll help with This role combines AI content production, short form video editing, and AI avatar content. You will help with: Instagram captions, carousel posts, Reel scripts, hooks, CTAs, content repurposing, talking head Reel editing, captions, B roll, overlays, pacing, effects, and AI avatar videos. You must be comfortable working with ChatGPT Projects, uploaded brand files, structured prompts, and detailed content guidelines. For video editing, I need someone who edits based on meaning, not just pauses. You should understand what to cut, what to keep, where the hook is, where the pacing drops, and how to make a talking head Reel feel sharper and more engaging. I also want help creating and producing content with my HeyGen avatar, so HeyGen experience is a strong advantage. - Tools Required: paid ChatGPT account, strong English, short form video editing skills, good content taste, ability to follow detailed brand guidelines. Strong advantage: HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Pika, Midjourney, Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, Submagic, Descript, OpusClip, Captions, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar tools. You do not need to know every tool, but you need to be curious, fast, and comfortable learning new AI workflows. - What I’m looking for Someone organized, detail oriented, creative, practical, and honest. Someone who understands that content is not just “posting.” It is positioning, psychology, pacing, clarity, and conversion. You should be able to follow instructions, but also suggest better angles when something can be improved. This is probably not for you if you only know basic Canva templates, rely on generic ChatGPT prompts, need step by step instructions for every small task, or have never edited talking head content. - Trial project Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a small paid test project at a mutually agreed minimal rate. This is not free work. The goal is to see whether you can follow the brand system, understand the tone, edit with taste, and produce content at the quality we need. - Important application note This job description was created with the help of AI, because AI will be part of the workflow.
