Content Production for Lifestyle Brands

Looking for a Social Media Video & Photo Editor for a fast-growing Australian creative agency working with premium lifestyle, hospitality, and retail brands. You'll need to get up to speed quickly — learning the aesthetic, tone, and standards of each client we work with and delivering edits that feel on-brand without heavy direction. We shoot monthly across multiple clients and need someone who can turn around polished, social-ready content consistently and reliably. Short-form video editing for Instagram Reels and TikTok is the core of the role, alongside photo culling and colour grading from brand shoots. Content should feel warm, natural, and premium — we work with high-end clients and the edit quality needs to reflect that. Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve is required. Lightroom for photo editing is a strong advantage. A portfolio demonstrating social-first content for lifestyle or consumer brands is a must — weddings, corporate and long-form YouTube experience does not transfer to what we do. You'll receive detailed briefs, raw footage, reference content and music direction for every job. Turnaround is 48–72 hours. Communication needs to be clear and proactive — ask questions before you start, not after you deliver. File organisation matters. We run multiple client accounts simultaneously and need someone methodical with naming conventions and folder structure. Fluent English is required.
