POSITION OVERVIEW We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Content & Project Coordinator to help manage Amazon content, creative assets, social media coordination, and marketing projects across multiple brands. This role is ideal for someone who can keep projects moving, manage details, communicate clearly with team members, and ensure every piece of content is accurate, on-brand, and completed on time. The right person will act as the bridge between account managers, designers, content creators, and leadership — making sure projects are organized, deadlines are met, feedback is clear, and nothing falls through the cracks. This is a role for someone who takes ownership, thinks ahead, and cares about quality. ------ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Amazon Content Management You will review Amazon listing images and content before publication to ensure they meet internal quality standards, Amazon best practices, and brand guidelines. - Responsibilities include: - Reviewing Amazon listing images, A+ content, brand assets, and product content before approval - Checking spelling, grammar, product claims, sizing information, imagery, and overall accuracy - Ensuring listing images are conversion-focused, visually appealing, and aligned with the brand’s messaging - Confirming that content follows Amazon best practices and internal creative standards - Coordinating directly with designers when revisions are needed - Providing clear, actionable feedback so updates can be completed efficiently - Performing final quality assurance checks before assets are published or delivered Project Management & Coordination You will help create, organize, and manage projects within Asana and other project management systems. Responsibilities include: - Creating and organizing tasks with clear instructions, deadlines, assets, and expectations - Tracking project progress and monitoring upcoming deadlines - Following up with team members to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule - Identifying bottlenecks, missing information, and potential delays before they become problems - Keeping project statuses accurate and up to date - Communicating progress, priorities, and deadline updates to stakeholders - Making sure each project has everything needed before work begins - Helping projects move smoothly from request to completion Social Media Coordination You will help manage social media content based on approved content calendars and brand goals. Responsibilities include: - Managing social media content according to the provided calendar - Developing post concepts, image ideas, and captions - Coordinating with designers to create social graphics and promotional assets - Ensuring content is published on schedule - Maintaining consistency in messaging, branding, and quality across social platforms - Supporting brand campaigns, promotions, and product launches through social content Brand Management & Quality Control You will help protect brand consistency across Amazon, social media, websites, and marketing materials. Responsibilities include: - Reviewing creative assets to ensure they follow brand guidelines - Checking that logos, colors, fonts, messaging, and visual styles are consistent - Identifying and correcting errors before content is finalized - Ensuring every customer-facing asset looks professional, accurate, and on-brand - Holding a high standard for quality before anything is approved or published ------ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: The ideal candidate is: - Highly organized and detail-oriented - Strong at managing deadlines and project timelines - Comfortable working with designers, account managers, and leadership - Able to give clear, constructive feedback - Proactive and able to follow up without being asked - A strong communicator - Comfortable using tools like Asana, Photoshop, Canva, Slack, Google Drive etc. - Familiar with Amazon listings, premium A+ content, brand story, brand store, other Amazon content, and brand standards - Able to spot errors in spelling, grammar, formatting, imagery, and messaging - Able to manage multiple projects at once without letting details slip - Someone who takes ownership and cares about the final outcome ------ REQUIREMENTS - Experience coordinating creative, marketing, or Amazon content projects - Strong understanding of Amazon listing content and image best practices - Excellent attention to detail - Strong English writing and communication skills - Experience working with designers or creative teams - Experience using Asana or similar project management tools - Ability to manage deadlines and keep projects moving - Ability to work independently and communicate proactively ------ WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE: Success in this role means projects are completed on time, content is published accurately, and brand standards are consistently maintained. Amazon listings should be error-free, polished, and optimized for performance. Social media content should be delivered consistently and aligned with the content calendar. Designers should receive clear direction and useful feedback. Projects should move efficiently through the workflow with minimal follow-up required.
