Summary

We're a New York-based influencer and creator marketing agency looking for a highly organised content project manager to support a large, fast-moving retained social media account across multiple food brands. This is an operational role — you'll be the engine that keeps content moving from brief to approval to posting, on time and without things slipping through the cracks. WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES - Manage the end-to-end content workflow across multiple brand accounts — from receiving content plans and UGC briefs, through to chasing creators, reviewing content, coordinating approvals, and ensuring everything is delivered on time - Act as the main point of coordination between our social media strategist, UGC creators, and internal team — making sure everyone knows what they need to do and when - Chase creators for content deliverables and manage timelines to ensure monthly output targets are hit across all brands - Organise and track content through approval stages — flagging anything that needs attention and keeping the team updated on status - Coordinate client content approvals, ensuring the right content is shared with the right people at the right time - Maintain shared trackers, content schedules, and workflow documents so nothing gets missed - Support posting coordination once content is approved, working alongside the team on scheduling THE SCALE - Multiple brand accounts running simultaneously - High volume of content moving through the pipeline each month - Fast-paced environment — timelines are tight and accuracy matters WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Proven experience in a project management or content operations role — ideally within a social media agency, influencer marketing, or creator management environment - Extremely organised with strong attention to detail — you track everything and nothing gets dropped - Comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously without losing the thread on any of them - A clear communicator — you keep people informed, follow up without being asked, and flag problems early - Experience working with UGC creators or managing content review and approval workflows is a strong plus - Reliable and self-directed — this is ongoing retained work and we need someone consistent DETAILS - Ongoing retained engagement — not a one-off project - Remote, flexible hours but must be responsive during US Eastern business hours - Immediate start preferred — this account is launching imminently.
