Content Quality Reviewer (Remote)

We are a fast-growing social media marketing agency looking for a detail-oriented Content Quality Reviewer to review social media content before it is delivered to clients. This is not a content creation role. Instead, you will be responsible for checking content created by our team of social media creators and ensuring it meets our quality standards before being approved. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail who enjoys reviewing content and providing constructive feedback. Responsibilities: • Review social media graphics created in Canva • Review captions for spelling, grammar and clarity • Check content follows client instructions and brand guidelines • Leave feedback for creators in Trello where changes are required • Approve content once quality standards have been met • Flag recurring issues and trends to management Requirements: • Excellent written English • Strong attention to detail • Experience reviewing or creating social media content • Experience using Canva • Comfortable using Trello and Slack • Able to work independently • Reliable and responsive Ideal Candidate: • Experience working within a social media agency • Enjoys reviewing content and spotting errors • Organised and methodical • Comfortable providing feedback to creators • Able to maintain quality standards across a large volume of content To Apply: Please answer the following: 1.
