Content Research & AI Writing Assistant | Full Time

We’re looking for a full-time Content Research & AI Writing Assistant to help us create YouTube content. This is not a traditional scriptwriting job. You do not need to be an expert copywriter or YouTube strategist. We already have the systems, prompts, templates, and processes. Your job will be to follow those systems and help us turn approved video ideas into strong, researched scripts using AI. What You’ll Do - Use our system to help find and organize video ideas - Submit ideas for approval - Use ChatGPT, Claude, and our prompts to create script drafts - Read through AI-generated scripts and clean them up - Remove obvious repetition and unnecessary sections - Research facts, statistics, prices, and claims mentioned in scripts - Find credible sources to support those claims - Correct information when research shows something is inaccurate - Add useful research and sources to the scripts - Prepare scripts for final review You will not be responsible for coming up with our entire content strategy or writing everything from scratch. We will train you on exactly how we want the process done. What We’re Looking For - Strong English reading and writing skills - Good attention to detail - Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude - Good at internet research - Able to follow instructions and systems - Organized and dependable - Willing to learn - Looking for a long-term, full-time position Spoken English is less important than strong reading and writing skills for this role. Schedule This is a full-time position, approximately 40 hours per week. We are looking for someone who wants a stable, long-term role and can become an important part of our content team.
