Content Researcher and Writer (Part-Time )

This is a part-time role, not a one-time project | 64 hours per month Remote from anywhere in the world, asynchronous work $400–$600 per month, depending on relevant experience We are a US-based property management company serving real estate investors. We are looking for a part-time Content Researcher and Writer to help us create thoughtful, research-backed content ideas for real estate investors. This is not a generic blog writing role. We need someone who can research investor conversations, find strong non-obvious angles, and turn those insights into LinkedIn posts, email newsletters, and blog content ideas. # What You’ll Work On: - Researching real estate investor topics, forums, podcasts, reviews, competitor content, and industry trends - Finding content angles that are not generic or already overused - Drafting LinkedIn thought leadership posts for our CEO - Drafting email newsletters for real estate investor audiences - Drafting blog posts based on approved angles - Repurposing one strong idea into multiple formats - Basic SEO skills (keyword research and internal linking) would be a plus # What We’re Looking For - Strong written English - Experience writing B2B content is preferred - Experience writing LinkedIn thought leadership, newsletters, or blog posts - Strong research skills - Ability to explain how they find content angles beyond basic Google or AI search - Comfort using AI tools without depending on generic AI output - Ability to work independently, if needed, and meet deadlines - Bonus points if you have experience with real estate, property management, investing, or professional services. #Work Arrangement - Fully remote from anywhere in the world. - This is a part-time role for 64 hours per month. - Work can be done asynchronously.
