Content & Social Media Manager (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)

We are looking for a highly organized Content & Social Media Manager to help manage and grow a personal brand across Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. This is a long-term role for someone who can take ownership of content operations, publishing, community management, and automation. Responsibilities * Create and maintain a content calendar * Publish 2–3 posts per day on each platform (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) * Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) * Create carousels, graphics, stories, and visual content * Repurpose content across multiple platforms * Schedule and publish content * Respond to DMs, comments, and inbound messages * Manage community engagement * Set up and maintain chatbots and automations (ManyChat, Instagram automations, etc.) * Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, etc.) to improve productivity * Track performance and provide weekly reports Requirements * Excellent written and spoken English (mandatory) * Experience managing Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok accounts * Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar) * Canva and/or Figma experience * Experience with social media automation and chatbots * Strong attention to detail * Ability to work independently and proactively Preferred * Candidates from the Philippines, Moldova, Eastern Europe, Turkey, or similar regions * Russian-speaking candidates are welcome, but fluent English is required * Experience working with founders, entrepreneurs, or personal brands To Apply Please send: 1.
