AI Content & Social Media Manager for Nursing Education Brand

I am building a professional nursing education brand focused on helping pre-nursing and nursing students through educational content, tutoring, practice questions, study tips, and eventually paid resources, question banks, and educational programs. I am looking for an AI-savvy social media manager who can help build a serious educational content system, not just post basic content. This role is expected to require approximately 8-12 hours per week, with flexibility based on workload, content needs, and project growth. You do not need to be an expert in every skill listed below. The most important qualification is strong AI experience, especially with Claude and ChatGPT. If you're a quick learner and strong in most areas, I’d still love to hear from you. Main Responsibilities: * Creating and managing content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and possibly other platforms * Turning nursing PDFs, PowerPoints, notes, and outlines into high-quality educational posts, scripts, graphics, and videos * Creating AI-assisted workflows using Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini * Using Claude to organize source material and generate accurate content based on provided documents * Building repeatable AI workflows for nursing education posts, study tips, practice questions, NCLEX-style explanations, TEAS-style questions, and short-form video scripts * Creating or coordinating visuals, hooks, captions, graphics, and video structures * Using tools such as Canva, CapCut, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, or similar platforms * Posting consistently and professionally * Researching hashtags, trends, hooks, and content formats * Tracking analytics and suggesting improvements * Organizing content calendars and workflows * Making basic Wix website updates when needed You should be strong in: * Claude AI * ChatGPT * Gemini * AI workflow creation * Prompt engineering * Social media strategy * Instagram Reels * TikTok * YouTube Shorts * Canva or similar design tools * Basic video editing * Caption writing * Hashtag strategy * Analytics * Basic Wix editing/design Important AI Requirement: Much of the content will come from nursing PDFs, PowerPoints, notes, and other educational files that I provide. I need content to be based on those sources, not random unsupported AI output. You should know how to organize source documents, use Claude Projects or similar systems, build repeatable prompts, reduce hallucinations, and turn long educational material into short, clear, accurate, student-friendly content. Content Style: The content should feel professional, clean, trustworthy, modern, educational, student-friendly, and high-quality. It should not feel like low-effort AI content, overly salesy content, childish content, or meme-based content. The brand should be seen as an educational platform first and a tutoring service second. Website Responsibilities: The website is being built on Wix. You do not need to be an advanced developer, but you should be comfortable editing pages, updating text, adding resources, improving layouts, uploading practice questions/resources, and keeping the site professional and consistent with the brand. Project Structure & Long-Term Opportunity: This project will begin as a part-time engagement and is expected to last at least 6-8 months, with strong potential for long-term work if we are a good fit. During onboarding, I would like to work closely together and occasionally sit in on workflow sessions so we can build efficient systems, maintain quality standards, and create repeatable processes. I am looking for someone who can help build systems, contribute ideas, explain their reasoning, and potentially grow with the project over time. Compensation: The initial engagement will be hourly, approximately $4-$5/hour. ***After 6 months***, high-performing long-term team members will be eligible for additional compensation structures tied to business growth, such as revenue-sharing, performance-based incentives, profit-sharing opportunities, and expanded leadership responsibilities.
