AI Content Specialist, Claude Expertise | 25 hrs/week

Dallas-based marketing agency looking for one person to join my small remote team on a long-term basis. This is not a project. We work with Claude every day, including Projects, custom skill files, and Cowork, and I need someone who can operate inside that system at a high level, not someone learning it on the job. WHAT YOU WILL DO Work daily inside Claude, including Projects, skill files, and Cowork, to produce and manage content across multiple brands Build and refine prompts and workflows across Claude, ChatGPT and custom GPTs, Gemini and Gems, Perplexity, Manus, and NotebookLM Manage content files and coordination through Google Workspace Be given the tools to create the content and schedule it for publication. Proofread and polish content using and publish and format content in WordPress for blog content Own quality control on your own output before it reaches me for final approval WHAT I NEED FROM YOU Real, demonstrable fluency in Claude - specifically using Skills, Projects, and Claude Cowork. You must be comfortable working inside Projects, using and building skill files, and operating in Cowork. This is not optional. If you do NOT have those skills please do not apply Working knowledge across the broader AI platform stack, such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini, especially in conducting Deep Research. The more of these you already use well, the stronger your application. Strong written English and conversational spoken English.
