Role Overview Fusion Vine is hiring a Content Specialist to help scale content production through AI-assisted workflows. This role is ideal for motivated writers who can combine strong English skills with critical thinking and smart use of AI tools. Entry-level candidates are welcome: if you can think critically and move fast, we can work with you. Key Goal Produce high-quality, accurate, and well-structured content at speed: using AI as a tool, not a shortcut: while maintaining clarity, brand voice, and defined quality standards. Responsibilities Write and deliver content using AI models as a writing aid, not a replacement for judgment Critically review and refine AI-generated drafts for readability, accuracy, tone, and structure Fact-check content and ensure it meets quality standards before submission Follow content briefs, SOPs, and style guidelines closely Complete assigned article bundles within agreed timelines Edit for grammar, readability, and proper formatting Stay productive and proactive: do not wait to be pushed into tasks Requirements Strong English proficiency: written and reading comprehension Ability to think critically and improve AI-generated content rather than copy it blindly Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through Reliable internet connection and a suitable work device Ability to follow instructions, briefs, and feedback closely Critical thinking and troubleshooting is essential Comfortable using AI tools for content creation and editing Entry-level candidates accepted: hustle and critical thinking matter more than years of experience Nice to Have Foundational knowledge or genuine interest in the topics being covered Experience with SEO content writing Familiarity with content management systems Background in marketing, blogs, or long-form content Prior experience working in a remote or freelance setting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Speed of delivery: complete article bundles quickly and on schedule (e.g., 15 articles in 2 days, not 2 weeks) Quality of output: submit polished, reviewed content that meets defined completion criteria Critical thinking: demonstrate genuine review and refinement of AI outputs, not blind copy-paste Responsiveness: jump into assigned projects immediately without delay Consistency: maintain steady, reliable output throughout the trial period and beyond Compensation $3.50 – $5.00 per hour Rate determined based on experience, skills, and performance during the trial period Piecework/bundle-based structure: payment upon completion of each assigned bundle One-month trial period to assess fit and performance Opportunity to increase rate and expand hours after a successful trial Why Join Fusion Vine?
