Summary

We're Everlab, an Australian preventive health company scaling fast across AU/NZ. We're looking for a freelance content strategist who lives and breathes Meta video — someone who can concept, script, and structure high-converting short-form ads for a health tech D2C brand. What you'll do Develop video concepts and scripts for Meta (Reels, Stories, Feed) optimised for conversion — not just views Translate health/wellness messaging into compelling hooks, narratives, and CTAs that stop the scroll Collaborate with our creative and performance teams to iterate based on real ad data Bring a POV on what's working in health-adjacent categories (longevity, diagnostics, supplements, telehealth, etc.) Who we're looking for Proven track record scripting Meta video ads for health, wellness, or health tech D2C brands Strong understanding of direct response principles — you know the difference between brand content and an ad that converts Comfortable working with performance data and using it to sharpen creative strategy Bonus: experience with UGC-style scripts, founder-led content, or testimonial frameworks Requirements to apply Must share at least 2–3 examples of Meta video scripts you've written for a health tech or health/wellness brand — live ad links or script docs accepted Brief note on the brand context, objective, and any performance results if available
