Content Strategist + Scheduling & Course Creation + Promo & Video Editor & Social Media Support

In general, I need someone I can send voice notes and raw content to. Someone who gets my brain and can post consistently across all channels for three brands: @hookedonplants and @hookedonshuffling (my Eat Plants & Dance Collective) and @living.in.whistler (real estate). Beyond posting, I'd love support keeping me on track with course creation. That means helping build funnels, grow the audience, and make my Lighten Up Method course a success inside the Eat Plants & Dance Collective membership (hosted on Kajabi). Plus ongoing help with my Substack: strategy, content creation, and keeping it consistent. I want someone who uses AI tools to work efficiently and who communicates clearly. A bit about me: I'm a plant-based chef, Olympian, speaker, content creator, shuffle dance teacher, course creator, and real estate agent who has built a brand that blends vegan living, ethical entrepreneurship, and recipes through Hooked on Plants. I have digital products, co-host retreats, and a strong existing platform. I need help organizing, optimizing, and expanding it with smart content and launch strategies. I want to keep serving my community while I build my real estate career. I want to help animals, spread the vegan message, and provide value to the people who follow along. I just need more time and support to do it well. What You'll Do: - Plan and create content and launches, communicating through Slack, Trello, or a similar tool - Repurpose existing content (voice notes into captions, blogs into carousels, raw video into reels, and so on) - Help create and promote digital products, retreats, and brand partnerships (including setting them up in ManyChat) - Build and refine funnels to support the Lighten Up Method course and Eat Plants & Dance Collective membership - Strategize for audience and reach growth across platforms (Instagram, email, blog, Substack) - Support light content for my Whistler real estate work (Team Longmuir Murray) - Optional: create basic paid ad campaigns You Might Be a Fit If You: - Have experience helping personal brands or solopreneurs grow with content and launches - Are a thoughtful writer and editor with a great eye for content flow - Are familiar with the online business space (especially coaching, wellness, or ethical brands) - Use AI tools to work efficiently and communicate clearly - Love systems and structure, and you are also creative and easy to work with - Care about plant-based and vegan living, minimalism, or purpose-led work (bonus!) Tools We'll Use: - Slack (or Notion if you prefer) - Canva, Google Drive, CapCut or another editing tool - Instagram, Blog (Squarespace), Email (Mailchimp), Later (scheduler) - Kajabi (course and membership) - ManyChat Payment Structure: - Start with $10 / hour, then add in commission-based payment structur (You'll earn an agreed-upon percentage of revenue from the products or campaigns you help bring to life and sell, paid out in $500 increments) Once you've earned $2,000 CAD, we'll transition into a monthly retainer (rate we'll set together). - 5 to 10 hours per week to start. - Flexible schedule and values-aligned.
