Content Strategist for Paid Ads | Part-Time Role With Fast Path to Full-Time

We are looking for a talented **Content Strategist** to join our team part-time, with the opportunity to quickly grow into a full-time role. Our agency works with a variety of clients, including implant dentists, pest control companies, local gyms, and other service-based businesses. We run paid advertising campaigns for these clients and need someone who can help turn each client’s unique story, offer, and competitive advantage into strong ad concepts. This role is specifically for someone who has experience creating and strategizing content for paid ads, including video ads and static image ads. About the Role You will work closely with our account managers to understand each client’s business, what makes them different, what their customers care about, and what angles can be used to create compelling ads. From there, you will help develop content strategies, ad concepts, scripts, creative direction, and image ideas that can be passed to our creators, actors, actresses, and video editors. You may also help create or guide the development of static image ads and work with editors to make sure video ads are cut, edited, and polished before being sent to the account manager for final client approval. This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong creative thinking, organization, and a good understanding of what makes paid ads perform. ## Responsibilities * Work with account managers to understand each client’s business, offer, audience, and unique selling points * Develop content strategies for paid ad campaigns * Come up with creative angles, hooks, scripts, and concepts for video ads * Help create ideas for static image ads * Work with creators and designers to bring ad concepts to life * Write or assist with scripts for 1099 actors and actresses to read on camera * Coordinate with editors to make sure footage is turned into strong, usable ads * Review and approve creative before it is sent to the account manager * Join two team meetings per week to keep projects moving and aligned * Help manage multiple clients and creative projects at once What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who: * Has experience creating content strategies specifically for paid ads * Understands direct-response advertising and what makes people take action * Can come up with strong hooks, angles, and creative ideas * Has experience with video ads, UGC-style content, and static image ads * Can work across different industries and adapt quickly * Is organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects * Can collaborate well with account managers, creators, actors, actresses, and editors * Has a strong eye for what makes an ad clear, compelling, and high-converting Experience with local service businesses, dental, home services, fitness, or lead generation is a plus. Time Commitment This will start as a **part-time role at approximately 20 hours per week**. However, this role can and likely will move into a full-time position quickly for the right person. You will also be expected to attend **two team meetings per week** to stay aligned with the rest of the team. To Apply Please send: 1.
