Whitefriar is looking for a proactive, organised, and creative Content Strategist to join our growing remote team within the executive online reputation management space. This is a hands-on role combining content strategy, client communication, account management, and operational support. You'll work closely with executive clients to plan and coordinate high-quality content while ensuring a seamless client experience from onboarding through ongoing account management. As a fast-growing start-up, this role suits someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and is comfortable working across different areas of the business. Responsibilities Manage client onboarding and conduct onboarding calls to introduce clients to the Whitefriar platform and content process Serve as a key client success contact, maintaining regular communication and conducting client check-ins Develop, coordinate, and manage content workflows across multiple client accounts Review, organise, and optimise content to ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery Use AI tools including Claude and ChatGPT to support content creation, research, editing, and workflow efficiency Maintain dashboards, reporting, and organisational systems using Google Workspace Collaborate with editorial, media, and production teams to ensure smooth client delivery Support day-to-day customer success operations and administrative tasks Build strong relationships with executive-level clients while providing a high level of professionalism and support Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and enhance the client experience About the Company We specialise in executive online reputation management, helping C-suite executives, founders, entrepreneurs, and professionals build and manage their online presence through the Whitefriar platform. Working Style Remote role 8-hour working days Fast-paced start-up environment with opportunities to contribute across multiple areas of the business Ideal Candidate Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational and project management abilities Experience in content strategy, content marketing, customer success, account management, client services, or a similar role Comfortable managing multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude, along with remote collaboration platforms Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable in a remote working environment Collaborative with a strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering an exceptional client experience
