Content Strategy & Operations Coordinator Part-Time Contractor | Remote We're a small, fast-moving team helping leaders build visibility and presence at work. Everyone here operates with a high degree of ownership and an ability to manage multiple projects at once. You will be working on content for Lorraine K. Lee, a keynote speaker, bestselling author, and instructor for platforms like LinkedIn Learning and MasterClass. (linkedin.com/in/lorraineklee) Core Responsibilities Newsletter Draft, edit, and schedule the weekly newsletter in Kit Track open rates, click rates, and subscriber growth — and bring specific ideas for what to test or change, not just a report Bonus: Understands funnel optimization and how to drive revenue through newsletter LinkedIn Ideate and write posts in Lorraine's voice with the help of AI Write video scripts for LinkedIn videos Instagram Manage the content calendar ~2 weeks ahead Write scripts for Lorraine and coordinate with our video editor and Instagram agency to keep up with daily posting schedule Review videos created by editor and provide feedback on style, copy changes, etc. Brand Deals Write and schedule sponsored posts for LinkedIn; liaise with Lorraine’s talent agency to incorporate brand feedback on posts. Be flexible to moving around posts to accommodate scheduling requirements. Pull and deliver performance reports to our talent manager Operations & Admin Track metrics across newsletter, Instagram, and LinkedIn — with analysis and recommendations of what to improve (this also means looking at offboarding flows, welcome sequences, etc. to make sure all parts are always optimized) Create graphics in Canva or Adobe for social posts, newsletter, and presentations; keep visual consistency across all branded materials Manage tasks in Asana with clear deadlines; flag anything at risk of running late before it does Update website and press page monthly Occasional article ghostwriting Qualifications Strong writer who can learn and replicate a distinct voice — you work with AI but the output sounds human and specific Design eye with hands-on Canva or Adobe experience — you make things look polished and consistent Sharp attention to detail — you catch errors before they go out You give ETAs, flag issues early, and never leave Lorraine wondering if something got seen or was handled Comfortable managing multiple priorities without dropping balls Active Claude and/or Claude Code user — required. Share examples of what you've built: automations, workflows, dashboards, scripts, or prompts. Screenshots, Looms, or GitHub links all work. US time zone preferred What You Get Direct mentorship — you'll learn how a personal brand at this level actually operates and get direct access to Lorraine Be in the know of the latest creator programs / trends on platforms like LinkedIn Flexible hours — we will need to overlap for parts of the day, but if you need to step out in the afternoon to pick up your kids or start earlier for a day, that’s fine!
