AI Content Workflow Tester - SCRIPT & COPY WRITING Pressure-Test the Machine That Makes the Content

About This Role We're a transformation design studio building CXROS — an AI-powered operating system we run internally and install for clients, built on Claude, MCP, and custom skills and tools. We've assembled a library of custom Claude skills, prompts, and tools as starting points. We need someone to configure them into working content workflows, run them, and pressure-test them until they produce the outputs we want. This is a new kind of role. You're not just "using AI tools" — you're the tester who runs our skills, prompts, and tools together, builds variations, and catalogs and ranks the outputs against criteria we define. You run the workflows, test the configurations, and organize the results so our team can make the final evaluation. Our engineers take what works and build the automations between workflows and decide where a human stays in the loop. If you're the kind of person who can run ten variations and hand back a clean, ranked comparison, this is for you. What You'll Be Testing You'll configure, run, and refine workflows that generate, across formats: COPYWRITING & SCRIPT WRITING — ad copy, web pages, video ad scripts, YouTube scripts, and VSLs (long- and short-form TEXT GENERATION — social posts and articles Graphic content — static image ads, lightly animated ads, and AI-generated UGC-style video ads Text/graphic videos The work: take our starting skills/prompts/tools, build variations, generate outputs, catalog and rank them against our criteria, present findings, and brainstorm refinements with us. We supply the direction and the starting points; you make the workflows produce and organize the results for our review. How the Work Runs Primarily in Claude, driven from the command line, with image and video generation tools wired in — mostly orchestrated by Claude through MCP and CLI. We'll help stand up the tech infrastructure with you; expect a Claude-/command-line-first setup. Mostly on Mac, possibly some Windows, and at times SSHing into our own machines that have the software installed, so workflows run inside Claude on the right box. What We're Looking For Must Have Hands-on experience generating content with AI (copy, image, and/or video) · Strong AI prompting · Comfortable working in a command-line / Claude-driven environment · A testing-and-cataloging mindset — runs variations, organizes and ranks outputs against defined criteria, documents findings clearly · Self-directed Strong Signal Understands the structure of agents and Claude skills · Has chained multiple AI tools into an end-to-end workflow · Fluent in current image/video tools (UGC video, avatars) · Writes clear, decision-ready findings Valuable MCP familiarity · Prompt-iteration discipline · Copywriting fundamentals (hooks, VSLs, scripts) · Pushes back with sharper ideas Nice to Have SSH / remote-machine operation · Light scripting · Works across both Mac and Windows The must-haves are a hard filter. We'd rather have a relentless tester with strong prompt instincts than someone who's touched every tool once. How to Apply Answer these — concise answers only: Show us one AI content workflow you built or ran end-to-end. Which tools, how you chained them, and how you organized and compared the outputs. We give you five prompt variations for a UGC-style video ad and a set of criteria. Walk us through how you'd run all five, catalog the outputs, and rank them against those criteria — for our team to make the final call. Which current AI tools (image, video, avatar, voice) are you fluent in, and which would you reach for first for each format above? How comfortable are you in a command-line / Claude-driven setup, including SSHing into a remote machine to run software? Be specific. Project Details Rate: $12–$15/hr Hours: Part-time, minimum 15 hrs/week, with room for more depending on availability and workload Working with: Directly with our build team, under our direction.
