Your mission: produce high-quality written and visual content that educates, inspires, and converts - published consistently across our website and blog. We care less about cannabis résumé lines and more about whether you actually understand plants - genetics, growth cycles, cultivation - and can turn that into content people want to read. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Write and publish articles, strain reviews, grow guides, and educational content in fluent English Create AI-generated visuals and graphics to accompany content (Midjourney, DALL·E, or similar) Manage the content calendar and maintain a steady publishing rhythm Optimize content for SEO and engagement Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and product launches QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation Native or near-native English writing skills - you can make a grow guide sound like a Rolling Stone feature Background in horticulture, botany, agronomy, plant biology, or hands-on growing experience (any crop) - cannabis-specific knowledge is not required, we'll get you up to speed Genuine curiosity about how plants grow - you notice things other people don't when you're around a garden or grow room Hands-on experience with AI image generation tools Basic understanding of SEO principles Self-driven, organized, can hit deadlines without hand-holding Creative thinker with a passion for providing innovative solutions to customer inquiries and issues Ability to work independently and take ownership of customer support tasks Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to issue monthly invoices NICE TO HAVE: Experience in cannabis, lifestyle, or wellness content Formal education or professional background in plant science, biology, or genetics WHAT WE OFFER: Full-time position with a globally recognized cannabis brand Creative freedom within a passionate, multicultural team Competitive salary based on experience Barcelona-based or remote worldwide (working in CET zone) !!!
