Content creation and marketing (TikTok, Reels, Shorts, Reddit-safe strategy)

I am the founder of Reklaimd, a behavior-change app that helps people self improve by quitting addictive substances. More details for whoever gets hired on. This is not a brand-awareness role. I need execution, testing, and measurable outcomes. I want to run a campaign to gauge interest in a product idea. - Turn my founder story into high-performing videos and hooks, either with user generated content or some AI video that looks like UGC. - Run a Reddit-safe strategy focused on value posts and compliant promotion to also gauge interest. - Build and execute a short-form content plan for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts (or anything else) to see if anyone is willing to sign up. - Set up and manage tracking links so we know exactly which posts drive signups (I can help with this). Primary goal - 100 qualified waitlist signups in 30 days from mostly organic channels. - Clear channel-level attribution for signups. - Evidence of message-market fit from content performance and signup behavior. Initial 30 day contract, with option to extend depending on performance. I would like to see some examples of UGC or AI videos that have been created, or if we need to outsource this and you can run the marketing side of this that could be an option also.
