Content Strategist & Creative Producer – Inclusive Nutrition Brand About Us We are a start up & we are trying to reinvent how people look at nutrition and wellness. Think of us as the "Dove" of the nutrition and health world. We are actively dismantling the toxic, intimidating, and exclusionary "gym-bro" culture. Instead, we understand real challenges, champion real bodies, everyday wellness, and self-care. We are looking for a brilliant, strategic, and execution-focused Content Strategist & Multi-Media Creator to help us build our voice from the ground up. The Role & What You’ll Do We don’t just want someone to make "pretty posts." We need a partner who can take our brand ethos, build a cohesive Communications Strategy, create engaging & aligned content, and execute it across multiple touchpoints. Your work will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and beautiful, engaging execution. Key Responsibilities: • Strategy & Persona Alignment: Review our brand goals and help refine our core customer personas. You will ensure every piece of content maps back to a specific stage of the customer journey. • Social Media Creatives: Design and conceptualize visual static posts, short reels & videos, carousels, and infographics for Instagram & TikTok. • Video Content Creation: Script, storyboard, and ideally edit (or direct) short-form video content (Reels/TikToks) that feels organic, authentic, and high-converting. • Website Content: Content that we create for social to be repurposed on website too. Our Brand Vibe & Guidelines Tone of Voice: Empathetic, grounded, encouraging, and subtly witty. We are a supportive peer, not a rigid lecturer. Visual Direction: Clean, warm, inclusive, and human. We celebrate real people and diverse bodies—no heavily airbrushed fitness tropes here. Who You Are • A Strategic Thinker: You don't just create content; you understand why you are creating it and how it moves a metric (awareness, engagement, conversion). • A Master Storyteller: You know how to take health and nutrition facts and turn them into emotionally resonant stories. • Multi-Disciplinary: You have a portfolio that showcases both strong copy/strategy and visual/video execution. • Experience: Previous experience in the D2C wellness, food/beverage, or beauty spaces (especially brands with an empowerment angle) is a massive plus.
