Continia Banking & Document Capture Expert for Microsoft Business Central

Project Description: We are looking for a hands-on Continia expert with real day-to-day experience using Continia Banking and Continia Document Capture in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environments. The goal of this project is not a generic software presentation. We want to understand how Continia works in real operational finance processes, what challenges typically occur in daily use, and whether Continia is a suitable solution for our mid-sized corporate group. The group operates across Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Austria, and Czechia, so experience with multi-entity and multi-country setups is highly relevant. What We Need Help With: Explain how Continia Banking and Continia Document Capture work in practice with Microsoft Business Central Show real day-to-day use cases from finance operations, including: Incoming invoice processing OCR/document recognition Approval workflows Payment processing Bank reconciliation Posting and matching processes Handling exceptions and errors Multi-company and multi-country workflows Explain typical operational challenges users face when working with Continia Highlight what works well, what requires manual work, and where companies often struggle Explain setup requirements, limitations, dependencies, and best practices Help us assess whether Continia is suitable for a mid-sized European corporate group Optional: Share experience from real Business Central / Continia implementations or daily support cases Important: We are specifically looking for someone with real practical Continia experience. Please do not apply if your experience is only general Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central consulting without hands-on knowledge of Continia Banking and Document Capture. Ideal Expert Profile: Strong hands-on experience with Continia Banking Strong hands-on experience with Continia Document Capture Practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Understanding of day-to-day finance and accounting operations Experience with accounts payable automation, payment workflows, and bank reconciliation Experience with multi-company or international setups is a strong plus Ability to explain practical pros, cons, limitations, and daily operational challenges clearly Expected Format: We expect one or more structured online sessions where you walk us through the practical use of Continia in Business Central. We are especially interested in real-world examples, screenshots or demo scenarios, and honest feedback based on actual project or operational experience. A short written summary or recommendation after the session would be appreciated. Estimated Scope: Please suggest a suitable structure.
