Contract & Business Document Specialist (Canva + Business Writing + Templates)

I am building a premium home services company and am looking for an experienced Business Documentation & Contract Specialist to create a complete library of branded client documents. This project involves much more than simply writing contracts. I need someone who can organize, design, and professionally format all client-facing documentation using consistent branding and layouts that can later be integrated into an electronic signature platform. Documents will include client intake forms, service agreements, welcome packets, scope of work documents, policies, invoices, estimates, client profile forms, project documents, and other operational templates. The ideal candidate has experience with: • Business documentation • Contract formatting • Canva • Client onboarding documents • Electronic signature platforms (PandaDoc, Jotform, DocuSign, SignWell, etc.) • Professional document design Strong English writing skills and attention to detail are required. This is expected to become an ongoing relationship as the business continues to grow and additional documentation is developed.
