We are seeking an individual or small team that can help us build and operate a scalable business development engine. The ideal candidate will have experience with: B2B lead generation Outbound email campaigns LinkedIn outreach Appointment setting CRM management Prospect list building SMB technology services marketing Managed IT Services (MSP) sales Microsoft 365 or cybersecurity services sales AI-assisted prospecting and personalization Initial Responsibilities Help define ideal customer profiles Identify target industries and buyer personas Build prospect databases Develop outreach messaging Execute outbound campaigns Manage prospect responses Qualify opportunities Schedule meetings with decision makers Track performance metrics Provide weekly reporting Target Customers Primary focus will be: Small businesses (5–75 employees) Healthcare and home care organizations Professional services firms Small multi-location businesses Organizations without dedicated IT staff Compensation Structure We prefer a performance-oriented engagement structure and are open to discussing: Setup fee Monthly retainer Qualified meeting incentives Closed business commissions Long-term growth partnership opportunities To Apply Please include: A description of your lead generation process Relevant MSP, IT services, cybersecurity, or Microsoft 365 experience Examples of campaigns you have managed Sample reporting you provide clients Your preferred compensation model What tools you use (Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, etc.) Candidates who simply provide generic sales services without a repeatable outbound process are unlikely to be a fit. We are looking for someone who can help build a measurable, scalable growth engine rather than simply make sales calls.
