Contract Licensed Architect, QA/QC Reviewer (Remote, Part Time)

Saray Design Group, Inc., an architecture and engineering firm in Naperville, IL, seeks a licensed architect for contract based quality review of permit and construction document sets. Our work includes restaurant and coffee shop buildouts, medical and surgical facilities, residential, and light commercial projects across Chicagoland. This is an advisory review role. You will review drawing sets for code compliance, coordination, completeness, and conformance with firm standards, and return marked up sets with a comment log. You will not be required to sign or seal documents. Our Director of Operations remains architect of record. A license from any US state is acceptable. Estimated 5 to 10 hours per week, flexible and remote. Bluebeam Revu proficiency preferred. Compensation hourly or per set, based on experience, on an independent contractor basis.
