What You’ll Do Build and manage outbound sourcing sequences in Ashby (email) Configure Ashby’s AI-Assisted Application Review with defined criteria per role Set up and manage an AI screening integration (HeyMilo or Skima AI preferred) Review AI-flagged candidates and advance qualified ones to Phone Screen Maintain pipeline hygiene and provide weekly reporting on funnel metrics Requirements Hands-on Ashby ATS experience — required, no exceptions Familiarity with Ashby’s AI features and/or AI screening integrations (HeyMilo, Skima AI, or similar) Proven outbound sourcing track record Fintech, crypto, or startup experience a plus Strong written communication for candidate outreach copy Autonomous, async-friendly work style Engagement Details ~15–20 hrs/week to start Fully remote Competitive hourly rate Potential to expand based on performance
