We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to efficiently source and hire Account Executives (AEs), Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), and Customer Success Managers (CSMs). The ideal candidate will manage the complete recruitment process, conducting scorecard-driven interviews, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Your expertise in talent acquisition and understanding of sales roles will be crucial in identifying the best fit for our team. Focus: End-to-end recruiting for AEs, BDRs/SDRs, and Customer Success Own sourcing → screening → scorecards → scheduling → offer → onboarding relay Run clean data hygiene and weekly funnel reporting Must-Have Experience: 2–3+ years in-house recruiting Lean team experience (≤300 employees) Direct hiring experience in sales (AEs, BDRs) + Customer Success Scorecard-driven interview discipline Fast response time (≤72 hours to first screen) Success Metrics: Time-to-first-screen: ≤72 hours Time-to-fill: 30–45 days Directors of CS and 3–4 CSM hires/month; strong AE sourcing cadence Clean, accurate funnel metrics 60/90-day retention above benchmark
