Contract Research Lab / Qualified Scientist — Biochemical Enzyme Assays + Mammalian Cell Viability

I'm seeking an established academic lab, university core facility, or registered contract research organization (CRO) to execute a short, well-defined wet-lab validation study under the supervision of a credentialed scientist. The study supports a structured research project with a fixed, pre-registered experimental design. All experimental design, data analysis, and interpretation are handled on my side; I'm contracting for execution of the bench work and the associated institutional oversight. This is not a project for an individual freelancer working from home. I specifically need a verifiable institutional setting and a named supervising scientist who is willing to be documented as the responsible party for the lab work. Scope of work Biochemical assays: Dose-response activity assays for a small molecule (commercially available, provided/sourced with purity documentation) against a panel of three purified recombinant enzyme targets, using a standard commercial luminescent assay platform. Includes vehicle and positive-control conditions and technical replicates. Cell-based assay: Viability/cytotoxicity dose-response in a standard, documented mammalian cell line (commercial source), using a standard viability assay kit, to establish a non-toxic concentration window. A limited non-viral transfection-based pathway-readout experiment in the same cell line. This is conditional and may be dropped All work is intended to be BSL-1. No hazardous biological agents, no viral vectors, no controlled substances. Final biosafety determination to be confirmed in writing by your institution. What I provide Complete, finalized protocols and plate layouts Compound identity and the comparator to be run alongside The full analysis plan (I do all curve-fitting, statistics, and figures) Pre-registered predictions and go/no-go criteria fixed before work begins Deliverables Raw, unprocessed data files for every assay (plate reader exports, instrument files) plus a methods write-up of exactly what was performed, including lot/catalog numbers, instrument settings, and any deviations from protocol. Documentation of compound identity/purity and cell line source. Written confirmation of the institution's biosafety determination. Willingness of the supervising scientist to be named and to complete standard project documentation truthfully attesting to the work performed and the supervision provided. (Please confirm in your proposal that this is acceptable to you and your institution.)
