Contract Review & Redlining Support (MSA, SOW, ICA, Partnership Agreements)

I’m looking for someone to help review and redline business agreements for my consulting and technology services company. I typically create the first draft and need support with: * Reviewing and redlining contracts * Improving language and clarity * Identifying risks and gaps * Suggesting alternative wording * Ensuring consistency across documents Types of agreements include: * Master Services Agreements (MSA) * Statements of Work (SOW) * Independent Contractor Agreements (ICA) * Partnership and Referral Agreements * NDAs and Amendments Experience with consulting, software development, SaaS, AI, or technology services contracts is preferred. This is an ongoing, as-needed engagement. Please share relevant experience and your preferred hourly or fixed-fee rate.
