Summary

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Trainer to help build and continuously improve training programs for our Sales Team, Customer Support Team, and Customers. The ideal candidate will learn our business, products, services, processes, and tools, and convert that knowledge into high-quality training materials and engaging training sessions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys teaching, can quickly learn new topics independently, and effectively leverages AI tools to create professional-grade training content. This is a long-term remote contract opportunity with flexible working hours.
