Contract attorney to review ongoing contracts.

I'm looking for a US-licensed attorney to review a single commercial contract manufacturing and product development agreement (roughly 24 pages, governed by Utah law, cosmetics/personal care) and give me a clear written assessment. There's an active dispute with the counterparty, so I want someone who reads the agreement through a dispute lens, not a routine transactional read. Specifically: how our liability caps and consequential-damages waiver hold up, whether an integration clause defeats a misrepresentation claim, and our posture going into the contract's mediation-then-arbitration process (AAA, Utah).
