QA Contractor

**Overview** We're looking for a detail-oriented QA contractor to own ongoing quality assurance for Pioneer, our AI inference and model routing platform. You'll be our last line of defense before and after production releases, and a consistent watchdog for the core user journey. **Responsibilities** - Proactively test platform functionality on a regular cadence — don't wait for issues to be reported - Run thorough regression testing on every production release, focusing specifically on the features and flows it touches - Maintain a standing test suite covering onboarding, billing, and plan upgrades. These should get re-tested on every release, no exceptions - Document bugs clearly with reproduction steps, environment details, and severity assessments - Communicate findings promptly and work with the engineering team to verify fixes - Harnesses - Router **You're a good fit if you:** - Have hands-on experience testing APIs, developer platforms, or SaaS products - Are systematic and thorough — you write things down and don't skip steps - Can work independently and self-manage a testing cadence without much oversight - Have basic familiarity with LLM or AI tooling (nice to have, not required)
