Summary

Seeking someone familiar with following areas -review our prospective customer contracts. We are looking for someone with SaaS Experience and familiarity with large US enterprises. -stock option agreements and HR laws in the USA. -contract agreements This person will review drafts/comment to reduce the workload for our General Counsel. We are specifically looking for a "business-friendly" lawyer to speed things along and get the job done, i.e. having enough experience to know when to let something go with a large enterprise vs stand a firm line.
