Im seeking a qualified engineering consultant or specialized engineering company to design a centralized, unmanned control room for the hotel’s technical, security, communication, and life-safety systems. The control room will be monitored and managed remotely from the hotel reception area, with additional online support provided by the relevant system vendors. No permanent operator workstation or employee desk will be located inside the control room.
