About the Role We are seeking an autonomous, data-driven Conversion & Landing Page Performance Manager to take complete strategic and operational ownership of our active direct-to-consumer (DTC) acquisition funnels. Lately, our biggest bottleneck hasn’t been creating new page concepts—it’s the lack of continuous, weekly oversight and strategic management of the pages already receiving traffic. We need a rigorous, analytical manager who can dive into the performance data every single week, track traffic allocation across our ecosystem, spot conversion drops, and independently lead the optimization strategy to maximize our return on ad spend (ROAS). You will not be micromanaged. We are looking for a leader who establishes the testing routine, owns the numbers, and autonomously drives conversion efficiency. -------------- Requirements & Qualifications Funnel Management Experience: Proven track record managing direct-response funnels, landing page performance, and CRO strategies for high-growth DTC brands. Analytical & Data-Fluent: High proficiency utilizing data platforms (Google Analytics 4, Shopify Analytics, Triple Whale, Motion) to run custom exploration reports, utilize regex filtering, and isolate specific traffic drops. CRO & Direct-Response Mastery: Deep understanding of conversion rate optimization frameworks, consumer psychology, direct-response copywriting, and structuring compelling offer value stacks. Tech Stack Expertise: Advanced, hands-on experience utilizing leading landing page builders (e.g., GemPages, Replo) and standard A/B testing software within a Shopify ecosystem. Extreme Autonomy: You are a self-starter who doesn't wait for a backlog of tasks.
