Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist – E-commerce (Denmark) We are a fast-growing e-commerce company focused on the Danish market. We are looking for an experienced Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to help us improve our sales funnels, landing pages, and customer journey to increase conversion rates and profitability. This is a part-time, long-term position for someone who enjoys analyzing data, running experiments, and continuously optimizing every step of the customer journey. You will work closely with our marketing, creative, and funnel teams to identify opportunities and implement improvements that have a measurable business impact. Responsibilities Develop and execute CRO strategies for our landing pages and sales funnels. Plan, run, and analyze A/B tests on offers, pricing, layouts, messaging, and design. Continuously identify new optimization opportunities based on data. Funnel & UX Optimization Improve landing pages for higher conversion rates through better UX, speed, clarity, and trust. Identify friction points throughout the customer journey and recommend improvements. Optimize checkout flows and post-purchase experiences. Data Analysis Analyze customer behavior using tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, Funnelish Analytics, or similar. Translate data into actionable optimization recommendations. Report on key performance metrics and experiment results. Creative Collaboration Work closely with our creative team to ensure ads and landing pages align. Provide feedback on messaging, hooks, offers, and visual elements based on performance data. Competitor Research Monitor competitor funnels, offers, pricing, and customer experience. Bring new ideas and best practices to improve performance. Requirements 2+ years of experience with Conversion Rate Optimization for e-commerce. Experience optimizing landing pages and sales funnels. Experience with A/B testing and experimentation. Familiarity with Funnelish, Shopify, ClickFunnels, or similar platforms. Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions. Experience with analytics and heatmap tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, etc.). Excellent communication skills. Self-motivated and proactive. Nice to Have Experience with direct-response e-commerce. Experience optimizing post-purchase upsells and Average Order Value (AOV). Understanding of customer psychology and persuasive copywriting.
