Summary

We have an existing camera enclosure design (STEP files available) and need it modified to meet IP65/IP66 standards Scope of Work: • Review current design and identify ingress points • Add gasket channels, O ring grooves at seams • Design cable gland provisions for wire entry • Optimize screw spacing for proper sealing compression • Deliver updated CAD files (STEP) • Provide BOM for sealing components Required Skills: • IP rated enclosure design experience • SolidWorks / Fusion 360 / Onshape or equivalent • Electronic/camera enclosure experience preferred Material: ABS (open to suggestions) Target Rating: IP65 / IP66
