Convert Construction Costing Excel Dataset to SQLite Database

I have a structured Excel dataset for construction estimating containing over 50,000 records, organized into a multi-level hierarchy with descriptions, construction work items, units, labor, material and costing data. I need it converted into a clean, structured SQLite database while preserving all existing data and relationships. Scope * Analyze the Excel structure. * Reconstruct and preserve the complete hierarchy. * Link descriptions to the corresponding elements. * Store construction work items and their associated technical and costing data. * Create proper IDs and parent/child relationships. * Check for missing, inconsistent or orphaned records. * Validate the database against the original Excel file. Deliverables * SQLite database. * Reproducible Excel-to-SQLite conversion script. * Database schema with brief documentation. * Basic data integrity validation. This database will later be used for construction estimating and project planning. For this milestone, I only need the Excel-to-SQLite conversion and data structure. No application or user interface is required.
