Convert Floor plan PDF to dwg file

I need one architectural floor-plan sheet, *Sheet A1.0*, converted from PDF into a clean, accurate, fully editable AutoCAD drawing. This is *not* a simple PDFIMPORT assignment. Previous PDF-to-CAD conversions have produced broken lines, duplicate geometry, poor-quality text, incorrect scaling, and other unusable results. The finished CAD drawing must: * Match the PDF floor plan as closely as possible * Be drawn at the correct full-size scale in model space * Include all walls, offsets, openings, columns, slab edges, patios, steps, fixtures, notes, and dimensions shown on Sheet A1.0 * Have dimensions checked against the dimensions shown on the PDF * Use clean, continuous, properly connected linework * Contain no duplicate or overlapping lines * Use editable AutoCAD text and dimensions where practical * Be organized into logical layers * Not rely on a raster image or PDF underlay as the finished drawing * Be suitable for our engineers and drafters to immediately use and modify in AutoCAD You may use automated PDF conversion as a starting point, but you must thoroughly clean it up. If the PDF does not convert accurately, then the plan must be manually redrawn. The final result is what matters. *Required Deliverables:* 1. AutoCAD DWG file 2. DXF version 3. PDF plotted from the completed CAD file for comparison 4. Confirmation that the drawing scale and major overall dimensions have been verified Before applying, please confirm that you understand this must be a clean, accurate, production-ready CAD drawing—not simply an exported or imported PDF. Please also provide an example of a similar architectural PDF-to-CAD conversion you have completed. The uploaded plan identifies A1.0 as the *Form Set Plan* at *1/8" = 1'-0"*, so I would attach the full PDF but clearly tell them they are only converting that sheet.
