Convert Hand-Drawn Residential Floor Plans to Digital CAD with Revisions

We are seeking an experienced architectural draftsperson, CAD technician, or residential designer to recreate our approved hand-drawn residential floor plans in a professional digital format and incorporate a set of required revisions. The existing plans have already been approved, but we need updated digital drawings that reflect several corrections before resubmitting them. Scope of Work: - Convert existing hand-drawn residential floor plans into accurate digital drawings (AutoCAD, Revit, Chief Architect, or similar software). - Replicate the approved plans as closely as possible. Incorporate a list of revisions and corrections that will be provided. - Produce clean, professional, permit-ready floor plan drawings suitable for resubmission. - Revise drawings as needed based on feedback. Deliverables: - Editable source files (DWG, RVT, or native software format). - PDF copies of all updated floor plans. - Dimensioned floor plans showing all required revisions. - Any additional sheets necessary for permit resubmission (if applicable). Required Qualifications: - Experience creating residential architectural drawings. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Chief Architect, or comparable drafting software. - Ability to accurately interpret hand-drawn plans and transfer them into digital format. - Strong attention to detail and experience with permit or construction drawings. - Excellent communication and responsiveness.
