Convert Hand Sketch into Electrical Drawing Package for Remote Sensor Panel

We need an electrical CAD designer to convert our hand sketch into a clean electrical drawing package for a new panel called the Remote Sensor Panel (RSP). The RSP is a small remote monitoring panel used at water storage sites. It collects data from field instrumentation, such as analog level transmitters and digital sensors, and sends the data to the cloud. The panel does not control pumps directly and does not need a full HMI. The initial sketch includes the following main components: 120VAC input, 24VDC battery/solar power system, solar charge controller, 24VDC power supply, selector switch, modem, RevPi Core, AIO card, DIO card, circuit breakers, fused terminal blocks, analog inputs, digital inputs, neutral, and ground terminals. What needs to be done: Review the provided hand sketch and understand the intended panel function. Create a clean electrical schematic based on the sketch. Create the 120VAC power wiring, including line, neutral, ground, fuse/breaker protection, and 24VDC power supply connection. Create the 24VDC power distribution wiring for the modem, RevPi Core, AIO card, DIO card, and field terminals. Show the solar/battery power system, including the 24V battery, solar panel, solar charge controller, and 24VDC output. Show the selector switch wiring so the panel can operate from either: 120VAC supply through the 24VDC power supply, or 24VDC battery/solar system. Create wiring for four analog inputs from field instruments. Create wiring for four digital inputs from field devices. Add terminal blocks for all field wiring connections. Add fused terminal blocks where required. Add proper wire labels, terminal numbers, device tags, and page references. Create a simple panel component layout if possible. Create a terminal block schedule. Create a basic BOM/component list based on the sketch and any provided part information. Identify any missing information, unclear wiring, or design issues that need to be confirmed before the prototype is built. Recommend a simple door-mounted display or LED screen that can show the water level reading in feet from the analog transmitter. Expected deliverables: Editable DWG file PDF drawing package Electrical schematic Power distribution drawing Terminal block schedule Basic component list/BOM List of questions or recommended improvements The goal is to turn the rough hand sketch into a clean, professional, buildable electrical drawing package that can be reviewed and refined after the prototype is built.
