Convert High-Resolution 3D Scan into Engineering-Usable STEP Model Project Overview We have a high-resolution 3D scan of an original sculpted plaster model for a premium poker chip design. The artwork contains significant sculptural relief and fine detail that we would like to preserve as closely as possible. We are seeking an experienced CAD/reverse-engineering specialist to convert the scan into a STEP model that can serve as a starting point for engineering review, DFM analysis, and eventual manufacturing development. Objectives Preserve the original sculptural detail and artistic intent of the scanned model as closely as possible. Create a high-quality CAD model in STEP format derived from the scan. Produce a model that can be used by a manufacturing engineer as a basis for further engineering and tooling development. Minimize unnecessary simplification of the artwork.
