Convert Image to Vector File

I am looking for a skilled graphic designer or illustrator to convert an existing image into a clean, high-quality vector file. The final file should be scalable, polished, and suitable for both digital and print use. I need someone who can preserve the look and details of the original image while making sure the final vector is clean, professional, and easy to use.
