Convert Laser Scan Data to 3D Topo Map DWG

Summary

I often capture laser scan data with terrestrial laser scanners. Sometimes I need to put the data into a topo map format (3D topos within a .dwg file). They should have the proper elevation call outs based on an established origin / benchmark. I have one small job to start with which is a steep yard around a house, less than one acre total. I need to be able to classify the ground to get topo lines on ground only. I can provide some photos of the area upon request, but I am looking for somebody who does this kind of processing on a regular basis and who I can go to each time I have such a project.
