Convert AI Logo to Editable Format

I need someone to take my logo that was created by AI and design it in an editable version of Adobe Photoshop and also create a lineart version in Adobe Illustrator. The ideal candidate should have experience in graphic design and logo design, and be proficient in using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. In addition, I have a few changes I'd like to see made: - I need a simplified line art version of the logo that's in .ai or .eps format line art. - From the black and white version attached, i want a little less stars, and none of the stars touching the E and V, and the stars a little bigger. I want the flag stripes to be level with each other and tun through the entire backdrop design. I want the epica valut text to be dropped down just a little below the icon. - the colored version and the line art version I want to look overall consistent with each other.
