Convert Modern ADU Concept into Professional AutoCAD Drawings

I need an experienced architectural drafter to convert a clear modern ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) concept into accurate, clean AutoCAD drawings.Project Details:Small single-story ADU ≈ 985 sq ft Modern dark exterior with gabled roof and roof terrace We have high-quality presentation images including floor plan, roof terrace plan, section, elevations, and 3D renderings Scope of Work:Create precise 2D AutoCAD drawings:Detailed Floor Plan Roof Terrace Plan Building Sections (at least 2) All Exterior Elevations Door & Window Schedule Basic Electrical and Plumbing layouts Dimensioned and fully annotated, ready for permit submission Deliver files in DWG + PDF format Requirements:Strong experience with residential / ADU / small home projects Excellent AutoCAD skills (2020 or newer) Ability to work from images and notes to produce accurate technical drawings Good English communication Previous portfolio with similar work (please share examples) Budget: $150 – $250 (depending on quality and speed)Timeline: Looking to complete within 5–7 days.Please apply with:Your relevant portfolio (especially small residential/ADU projects) Confirmation you can work in AutoCAD Estimated cost and turnaround time for this scope Only serious and experienced freelancers, please.
