We need a freelancer to convert two existing branded PDF kits into professionally editable fillable forms using Adobe Acrobat. The final files should be fully functional, locked to prevent unauthorized editing, and ready for use in our workflow. The visual design is already complete. This is not a redesign project. All logos, artwork, colors, wording, borders, backgrounds, QR codes and fixed instructions must remain unchanged and locked.
